Spencer's Lane is the redevelopment of a former coach depot, which lies on the edge of the greenbelt.

Working from an original scheme of

14 houses, we pushed the developable potential of the site to its maximum, achieving planning permission for

18 apartments and 11 houses.

The site was incredibly complicated with numerous issues to address including proximity of the M57, edge of greenbelt, noise and significant utilities easements running through the site.
